Due to the nature of handmade products we do not accept returns or exchanges.
What if I received a damaged, defective or incorrect item?
If you’ve received a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as within 7 days of receiving the item(s) with your order number, detailed description in writing and a photo/ video of the issue. Provided evidence is received within the time frame, we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note we cannot offer refunds, discounts or compensation as a result.
I placed the order already but changed my mind regarding size/ colour..
Please notify us of any changes within 24 hours of placing your order.
Once 24 hours has passed the cost of any alterations, administrative costs will be charged to the buyer. MAKA Place cannot be held responsible for any resulting delays.
Delivery Delays
We cannot offer refunds for delayed deliveries that are out of our control (pandemic, war, act of nature, goverment enforced restrictions, strikes etc.).
Stolen / Lost Package
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they have been delivered.
