Free Shipping in the U.K.

At MAKA Place, we offer complimentary U.K. shipping on all our products. It will be automatically applied at the checkout.

Turnaround Time

All of our products are made from scratch. We do not keep any stock. Our current turnaround time is about 5 days – 2 weeks, depending on a product, from the receipt of payment. For custom orders or high volume orders, you will be avised by email.

Delivery

Delivery usually takes 3-5 working days. Please allow a little more during busy seasons, like Christmas.

Tracking

As soon as your order has been , you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s).

Tracking shows as delivered but you don’t have your package?

If that’s the case, we are sorry, this can happen sometimes. Ocassionally courier will mark a package as delivered before it’s been dropped off.

Please check around your house, at the neighbours if they may have received it for you.

If your parcel hasn’t turned up after 3 days please contact us.

Where do you deliver?

We currently only deliver in the U.K. We do not normally ship abroad. Althought if you are from outside of the U.K. and love any of our products please contact us and we will see what we can do.
